Responsive Web Design (RWD) ensures that a web site is designed to use W3C CSS3 media queries with fluid grids, to adapt the layout to the viewing environment, and probably also flexible images.
It uses feature detection (mostly on the client) to determine available device capabilities and adapts to it.
Media Queries is a latest enhancement of the @media rules of CSS and the “media” attribute in HTML. It adds parameters such as size of display, color depth and aspect ratio.

Not a bad template amongst all of the ones listed, they feature clean, sharp and easy to navigate features something which I always look for when designing a site.
